Sessions are exciting with a constantly changing variety of exercises including: boxing, stair climbing, sleds, medicine balls, power bags, kettle bells, weights and running.
Training is always easier when you’re doing it in a group – it means there’s always someone pushing you to go faster, punch harder or do one more rep. And the harder you work, the better your results!
The highly passionate and talented trainers at Inner Core Personal & Group Training offer different styles of group sessions for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
So whether you’re at the beginning your fitness journey or you’re already a high level sports competitor, you’ll get serious results when you commit to Inner Core Personal & Group Training boot camp sessions! You can look forward to increased muscle tone, strength, power and endurance, as well as a decrease in body fat, stress levels and improved sleep patterns.

Days: Monday 6 am, Tuesday 6 pm or Thursday 5.30 pm
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $15 per class and there are NO joining fees or contracts
