      _Inner Core Personal & Group Training personal trainers integrate a variety of workouts in combination with basic nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals as fast as possible and maintain long-term results. At Inner Core Personal & Group Training we recognise the individuality of our clients and know that each individual requires a customised fitness programme to enable them to achieve their goals.

      At Inner Core personal training sessions are designed to optimise cardiovascular fitness; strength & muscle gain; and body fat loss.

      Personal training offers you:
      •    One on one attention focusing on your fitness goals – be it weight loss, stamina, technique or          
      toning up
      •    Advice, motivation and guidance from a certificate IV qualified personal trainer
          
      Our personal trainers offer a wide variety of workout methods so you are never bored, including:
      •    Boxing
      •    Olympic lifting
      •    Resistance training
      •    Sprinting/Jogging drills
      •    Medicine Ball work
      •    Kettle Bell work
      •    Abdominal work
      •    + More

      Where: Our Gym
      Cost: $70 per hour.
